Privacy and Texas rental inquiry information

The short answer

A rental financing inquiry includes the information you submit and source-attribution details associated with the visit. This notice describes those data flows and the service-provider roles involved in handling the request.

Information submitted through the form

The inquiry form requests contact details and information about the Texas property and proposed financing. This can include your name, email, phone, property state and type, occupancy, loan purpose, estimated value, requested amount and message. The submission also records the contact-consent choice required by the form.

Do not include Social Security numbers, bank credentials, identity documents or other sensitive records in the message field. An initial scenario should describe the rental and business objective without attaching a complete financial file.

First-touch attribution in your browser

The site captures available campaign parameters, including utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content. It also captures available advertising click identifiers such as gclid and fbclid, the landing page URL and referrer. These details help associate an inquiry with the visit that introduced you to the site.

First-touch attribution is stored in browser sessionStorage and sent with the inquiry. This storage is associated with the browser tab’s session rather than a permanent account profile; browser behavior can affect when it is cleared. Clearing browser storage does not remove information already submitted to server-side systems.

How service providers support the inquiry

Submitted information is used to respond to the request, review the scenario and administer follow-up. Hosting and security infrastructure can process technical request information, such as an IP address, to deliver the site and help identify misuse. A hidden form field helps screen automated submissions.

Service processors may include CRM systems for lead management, Supabase for database storage and Cloudflare for delivery or security infrastructure. Configured routing services can transmit the inquiry to business systems used by Loan Daddy LLC. Naming these processor roles does not mean each provider receives every field in every request.

Contact preferences and privacy questions

Review the form’s contact-consent language before submitting. Message and data charges may apply to text communications, and you can reply STOP to opt out of texts. Consent to contact is not a condition of purchase.

To raise a privacy question or request a correction, use the site’s inquiry form without including sensitive documents, or respond to an existing company communication. Requests are subject to applicable requirements and verification. This notice does not promise a fixed retention period, automatic deletion schedule or a particular outcome for every request.
